Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping Refyned Goods. Every order is poured, packed, and shipped with care to ensure your experience feels elevated from start to finish. Below is everything you need to know about how your order moves from our studio to your home.


Order Fulfillment

We currently fulfill orders twice weekly.

  • Orders placed Friday at 7:00AM–Monday at 8:00AM are fulfilled Tuesday and shipped Tuesday

  • Orders placed Monday at 8:01AM–Friday at 6:59AM are fulfilled Thursday and shipped Thursday

We do our best to stay consistent; however, during peak seasons (holidays, special releases, markets), fulfillment may adjust slightly to keep things moving.

If your order is time-sensitive, email us at dm@refynery.co with Expedite Request in the subject line. We cannot guarantee all requests, but we’ll let you know what’s possible and any additional charges before we process.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time by UPS based on:
✔ delivery location
✔ package weight
✔ service level selected at checkout

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


Local Delivery – Chicago Area

We offer local delivery for a flat $3.00 fee to eligible zip codes.

  • Deliveries are made Fridays, between 10AM–6PM

  • Someone must be available to receive the package if your building restricts access

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, pickup or rescheduling may be required.


Refunds, Exchanges & Replacements

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on fragrance preference or change of mind. Scent is personal — we recommend trying our discovery sets and seasonal sample opportunities to help you find your signature Refyned scent.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect — that’s on us.
Email dm@refynery.co within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief note on what went wrong

We’ll replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.


Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered”

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, customers are responsible for reshipment fees.
